Main goals and objectives
The main purpose of the archive is to organize the storage, accounting, practical and scientific use of finished documents.
The main tasks of maintaining the archive are:
- Acceptance of documents after the completion of the proceedings.
- Accounting, ensuring the safety of documents, creating a scientific reference apparatus.
- The results, the return of the documents.
- Periodic selection of documents that are subject to write-off and destruction after their storage period has expired.
- Control over the formation and registration of cases in the office.
- Timely transfer of permanent storage documents to state storage in the state archive.
