Main goals and objectives

The main purpose of the Commercialization Office is:

The main objective of the Commercialization Office’s activities is the commercialization of the results of scientific and technological activities, the implementation and commercialization of innovative technologies, developments, intellectual property objects, and products (goods, works, and services), including the creation and development of startup companies based on them.

To achieve this goal, the office provides solutions to the following tasks:

identification of promising results of scientific, technological, and innovative activities with commercialization potential, including assessment of their technology readiness level (TRL);
promotion of intellectual property objects and research and development results to the market;
organization of cooperation with the business community, industry partners, investors, and funds;
facilitation of the establishment of small innovative enterprises (startup companies), as well as support of their activities at early stages;
preparation of applications for participation in funding programs, grants, and competitions aimed at supporting commercialization;
participation in specialized exhibitions, forums, and conferences for the presentation of developments;
development of commercialization infrastructure at the University, including methodological and consulting support for academic staff and students;
organization of intellectual property protection and support of licensing and technology transfer processes;
monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects and formulation of proposals for their improvement.
