Payroll division
Main goals and objectives
The main goal of the Payroll division is to improve the accounting of university employees’ salaries and to create, implement, and maintain an effective remuneration system at an appropriate level. This system serves as a tool for implementing the established policy and objectives in the field of quality assurance of educational services provided by the university.
To achieve this goal, PD is required to address the following tasks:
- Development and implementation of payroll accounting in accordance with the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as maintaining it in continuous operation.
- Internal consulting for university employees on changes in payroll and scholarship accounting.
- Software and information support of the remuneration system.
