The Policy of
the University in the field of the quality is defined with the strategic aims
of Kazakhstan Institutions of Higher Education delivered in the Message of the
President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev from February 18, 2005 - granting
of the education at the level of world standards.
Our aim is the forming of the favourable educational,
scientific and teaching environment in the University, promoting transition on
the new level of quality granting licensed educational services on the training
of specialist with higher education and scientific degree, undertaking the
scientific conferences, retraining of specialists and increasing
qualifications.
The
principles of our activity:

The leadership of higher management of the University in the provision
of the unity of Policy and Aims in the field of the quality, in making the
internal environment for the involvement of all employees in the achievement of
delivered aims.

The realization of the activity in the field of the quality on the
planned base with the obligatory monitoring and analysis of the productivity of
plans and accepted decisions.

The acceptance of the important management decisions on the base of comprehensive
analysis of data and information.

The use of modern educational and information technologies.

Constant improvement of the activity of the University.
The directions of our
activity:

The systematic estimation of the satisfaction of the consumers for the
purpose of the improvements of the qualitative features of the educational
services.

The provision of the resources by the higher management required for the
creation of the conditions for the successful realization of the Policy in the
field of quality.

Constant interaction with secondary educational organizations, oriented
on the change of the qualitative level of the training of the students.

The increasing of the education quality in the University by the combination
of the fundamental scientific knowledge with information, material, pedagogical
and social technology.

The organization and undertaking of the fundamental and applied
scientific research, directed on the increasing of the intellectual potential employees
of the University and students.

The development of the united information environment of the University
on the base of the modern information-communicational technology, supporting
the unity of educational space of the country and the creating of the
conditions for the integration in world educational space.

Effective use of the potential of the University employees, creating the
conditions for the constant increasing of the qualifications and growing of the
