Why have the organizers picked such a name for it? It has happened because there have been a lot of job offers from the side of employers, so each student has had much choice as if they were at the market! There were 12 employer organizations that assigned for the young qualified specialist job fair. Industrial enterprise representatives, private industry assignees as well as delegates from the departments of employment coordination, education, medical service, bank branches and youth organizations “Zhasyl Yel” and “SSO” were among them.

Traditional job fairs provide an opportunity to improve the information coverage of the various forms and conditions of employment, give the potential employers a good access to the database of specialists that are in search for a job, contribute to the vocational guidance of the youth at the labour-market.

Not leaving the University walls, a lot of graduating students had a chance to fill in the questionnaire and resume forms in order to offer themselves for the vacant positions in various organizations. 250 graduating students found jobs at such job fairs last year. Hopefully, this job fair will be not less successful.
