On 21 June 2007 year the State license № 0054549 is got on the getting of educational activity in programmes of professional education in 5 specialties.

In 2009 year was got the new license in accordance with an introduction of specialties Classificator of 2008 year on the following specialties:

The set of Manyprofile college students on 01.10.2009 is made in the quantity of 498 stu-dents (daily form of study).

There study 81 students in specialties “Design” (in profile), “Musical education”, “Communication networks and communication systems”, “Physical education” on the base of the 9th class.105 students of technical specialties study on the State educational order according to the Road map. In speciality 0510000 “Management and ar-chievement” the set is made in the group in state language.

In 2007-2008 teaching year in the college together with director, methodist and opera-tor of AAM study process was made by 29 tutors, already in 2009-2010 teaching year pedagogical stuff of the college consists of 86 tutors, where there are 20 state tutors and 40 tutors working in connection.

A set of lessons is made by Central Communication Service of university.A week teaching work is 36 hours.

Manyprofile college uses material technical base of NKSU of M. Kozybaev. Teaching lessons are conducted in the kind of class lesson system 6 days in a week in the rooms practically of all teaching buildings of the university. Lessons in swimming in the specialty “Physical education” for students of college are conducted in the swimming pool as it is recommended in GOSO. For conducting in the discipline “Connecting Informatics” there are computers classes in the building 4.Special disciplines take place in the laboratories of NKSU. Also sport halls are acted for conducting of the discipline “Physical Culture”, stud-ies in the swimming pool will begin in the next term. For educational actions are used the main halls of NKSU.

Passing the study-industrial practice is compulsory just as passing of the theoretical disci-plines of the study process.

In 2008-2009 teaching year according to working plans of specialties and graphic of the study process in MPC NKSU of M. Kozybaev was planned 25 kinds of industrial practice among which there were 20 studies and 5 industrial.

For conducting of the industrial practice was made the conductional graphic for all kinds of practice for students of MPC on 2008-2009 teaching year. The agreements for conducting the practice were concluded with the following organizations:

Only students who have executed the working plan totally are admitted to the practice. Before going to practice students get a task on the Establishing conference, dairy with filled in directions, in-depth instructions. Managers of the practices prepare for students methodi-cal instructions for execution of accounts.

Students of the 2 course in specialties “Out school and out of class educational work”and “Physical education”for summer pedagogical practice were sent to the following teenage clubs of Petropavlovsk town: “Voshod”, “Arman”, “Spectr”, “Olimpics”, “Dostic”.

Students of specialty “Communication networks and communication systems” passed their professional and technical practice in subdivisions of AO “Kazaktelecom” ( regional direction and district knots of telecommunications) and in other organizations, dealing with communication systems.

Final conferences took place for results of practices where students defended their ac-counts of practice. To practice accounts were added dairy, filled in personally by the stu-dent, characteristic from the place of practice, certificate about practice execution. Experts’ commissions were created for qualified conduction of the conference, where took part vice-director on the study work, teacher – the manager of the practice, teachers of the special disciplines.

Results of practice are set, marks are put in the credit books of students.

The library fond of university practically completely provides students with important literature. All students of MPC are provided with reading tickets. Director of library com-plex informs about getting of catalogs with literature for average professional education and tutors of college give service notes on the getting of literature for chain of education. On 01.09.2009 year library fond consists of nearly 35000 study literatures. All notes of tu-tors of MPC are satisfied completely.

For students of college library lessons are organized and already set where students see catalogs, ask literature, work with cards and conduct informational days.

Educational systems are created and successfully function in the college. They take their bearings to the needs of students, teachers and parents and they take into consideration social-pedagogical conditions, which help to widen the range of possibilities of educational influence on the personality.

Purposes of strategically development of educational activity of MPC NKSU of M. Kozybaev are intensification of attention to educational problems of the rising generation; organization of students’ activity, aimed for changing yourself as a subject of education; increase the value of well-bredness, education, professionalism, set and education of per-sonal values such as patriotism, humanism, hardworking, internationalism, increasing of physical development and health of students; to form common political and law culture; development of social- political activity, civil maturation, patriotic and international up-bringing of future specialists.

In MPC NKSU of M. Kozybaev are organized and take place conferences, ceremonial meetings, round tables, debates, dedicated to national and state holidays, important datum. In this way were organized and executed holidays: The 1 of September, “Initiation of the first year students”, “Day of the Republic”, KVN for “Students’ day”, “ Day of Independ-ence of RK”, “New Year”, “ St. Valentine’s Day”, “8 of March”, “Nayriz”, chaihana “Nay-riz-2009”, “Day of Humor”, 1st May, “ Victory Day” and many other measures.

In our college great significance is got to sport activities, attraction students to the healthy way of life. So it is compulsory for college to take part in competitions of regional sport tournament “Synkar”, in autumn cross, skate-racing of the university, in basketball tournament, organized by NDP “Nyr Otan”, comrade meeting in volleyball between teams of NKSY faculties and our college, where the team of MPC took prize places, competitions in gymnastics – 1-year students FK-k-08 of specialty “Physical education”( the second prize place).

The 2nd-year student Goncharov V., taking part in republic championship in weight sport, got the second place, and in the regional sport tournament “Synkar” – 2nd year stu-dent Sannikov D. got the 2nd place. In regional competitions in the free wrestle the 2nd year student Harachidi G. got the first place. The 1st year student Jamaliev A. got the 2nd prize place in regional championship in box.

With the aim of prophylactic AIDS and drug addiction was conducted seminar-training “AIDS is a problem of the century” and were invited workers of health post, de-partment of social and educational work NKSY, DVD SKO (the Methodist is My-hamedgalieva R.J.), scientific conferencing on the theme “AIDS is the threat for the man-kind” (the Methodist is Myhamedgalieva R.J., psycholog Sadakova A.S.), thre are courses “Problens of AIDS and its prophylactic” (curators of groups), meeting with the employees DVD SKO, doctors –therapeutist, gynaecologist, specialists – psychologist (the Methodist is Myhamedgalieva R.J., social teacher Cherniazova A.J.), work of college volunteers movement “We are for the healthy future”( 1st and 2nd year students of the groups “Out school and out of class educational work”), curators’ hours on the topic “In the healthy body is the healthy soul”, “Health is the key for success”, “Our Health” and so on.

During the teaching year in MPC functioned The Committee of prophylactics and drug post, where took place work on prophylactics delinquencies among students.

Reading conference “Moments of years elusive…”, dedicated to 70-years jubilee of poet-countryman Shestericova (Myhamedgalieva R.J.), took place on 11.05.09, was ful-filled with the great sense of patriotism, love for the homeland. Thepresident N.A. Nazar-baev spoke about such patriotism on the first Congress MK “Jas Otan”.

Students of the college took part in the regional competition of writing papers “The prime of Astana- the prime of Kazakhstan”, where the 1st year student Fasahiev D. got the third place in the region, 1st place in the college. And the 1st year students Nyrjaypova J. and Smirnov F.- 2 and 3 places in the college in the cross “President’s mile” on the sta-dium “Jastar”, took part in the scientific-practical conference “Afghanistan: between past and future”, that was in NKSU, put flowers to the Eternal fire on the Theatre square due to the Victory Day, to the monument of M. Jumabaev.

In the walls of the university students of the college were on the meetings with the senator of Parliament RK A.A.Bashmakovim, delegation of diplomatic embassies in RK, Gossecretary RK K.B.Saydabaev, minister of education RK J.K.Tyimebaevim on the international science-educational forum of HEB of boarder regions and RF, with an informative-propagandists groups of deputies of Magilies Parliament RK, Hero of labor of Kazakhstan, Honorable citizen SKO G.I.Zinchenko, professors of Eurasian National university of L.N.Gymileva, M.Amalbekovoi, I. Erkebaevoi, Minister of Finance RK B.B.Jamishevim.
